Ari Libenson is a second year Masters of Science student at UC Berkeley’s School of Public Health studying Environmental Health Sciences. As a summer intern for PSE Healthy Energy, Libenson is contributing to the development of a comprehensive database on natural gas composition. The goal of the project is to increase scientific understanding of the relationship between oil and gas emissions, air quality, and human health. Libenson’s other research interests include examining disparities in access to clean and affordable drinking water. Libenson received a BS in Environmental Sciences from the University of Vermont in 2019.
