John Roa joined PSE as the director of finance in 2024. Before joining PSE, John worked as the director of finance at HopeHouse, where he led the team to streamline financial processes across the organization by bringing them into the digital age. Before that role, John was the controller at Eden Reforestation Projects, whose mission was to empower underserved communities through environmental stewardship. He managed the finances for the U.S. and International teams to ensure each community’s success. John holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Cal Polytechnic University of Pomona in Southern California.
