Gautam Wadhwani is treasurer of PSE Healthy Energy’s Board of Directors, which he joined in 2016. Gautam has a background in corporate finance. He worked at Solomon Brothers in New York in the early 1990s, then Deutsche Bank as the director of equity-linked capital markets. In 2000, Gautam joined Lehman Brothers in Menlo Park, California. In 2002, he transferred to Lehman Brothers in London, U.K., where he eventually became the head of semiconductor and solar investment banking for European markets. In 2008 Gautam retired, and is currently a managing general partner of Consilium Capital Advisors. Gautam has held local board positions, serving as a board member and treasurer for the Piedmont Middle School Parent Board, as well as the Piedmont Center for the Arts. Gautam also co-founded and served on the board for Piedmont Players, a local theater company.
