Summary
Presented at the 2018 GWC Summer Water Conference in Boulder, CO, PSE Senior Scientist Dominic DiGiulio, PhD discusses the need for regulatory criteria to protect brackish (salty) groundwater during oil and gas development. DiGiulio also discusses his research on hydraulic fracturing into formations that resulted in contaminating drinking water in Pavillion, WY.
