Delaney Kilgour, PhD, joined PSE Healthy Energy as an Air Quality Scientist in 2026. She has diverse experience across Atmospheric Chemistry research and air quality regulatory work. Prior to joining PSE, Dr. Kilgour was a Physical Scientist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Region 5 office, where she provided technical and policy support for the region’s efforts to attain and maintain ozone and particulate matter standards.
Dr. Kilgour earned her PhD in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her graduate research focused on quantifying sources of reactive trace gases and their impacts on boundary layer chemistry, utilizing laboratory techniques, field measurements, and chemical modeling. She also holds a BA in Chemistry from Occidental College.
